我们很骄傲地宣布：金铭钥学校获得了阿思丹-少年化学家竞赛考点授牌！学校为学生们搭建了又一个平台，去探索自己的可能性，绽放自己的光彩。

The Junior Chemist Challenge (YBTC) is aimed at students from grade 5 to grade 2 of junior high school. Therefore, the purpose of YBTC is to inspire and stimulate students' interest and confidence in chemistry learning and scientific exploration, and inspire them to become future scientists. At present, YBTC has become one of the most influential youth science activities. It is also a science activity that most students who love science take part in when they are in lower grade.

少年化学家挑战活动（简称YBTC）主要针对从小学五年级到初中二年级还没有系统学习过化学学科的同学。因此，YBTC的宗旨就是启蒙和激发同学对于化学学习和科学探索的兴趣与信心，激励他们成为未来的科学家。目前YBTC已经成为极具影响力的青少年科学活动之一。这也是很多热爱科学的同学在低年级的时候，都会参加的科学类活动。

The most important feature of the International Junior Chemist Challenge is that it is for primary and junior middle school students who do not have the basic knowledge of chemistry, so detailed regional academic materials will be provided (Chinese version will be provided in China). YBTC does not emphasize the mastery of chemical knowledge, but pays more attention to the cultivation of interest and ability in scientific exploration. From the preliminary selection to the final selection, the participants will pass the multiple-choice written test, field knowledge competition and chemical experiment and scientific research demonstration, and experience different forms of science learning in an all-round way.

少年化学家挑战活动的特点是面向没有化学学习基础的小学初中同学，所以会提供详细的区域准备学术材料（中国区提供中文版）。YBTC不强调对化学知识的掌握，更注重对科学探索的兴趣和能力培养。参与选手4人组队进行参与，从预选到终选，通过多选题笔试，现场知识竞答以及化学实验科研展示等环节，全方位的体验不一样的科学学习形式。
